What To Expect?
Our community is a leadership ecosystem for women who are done performing and ready to embody leadership. Here we talk about what leadership really requires: self-trust - self-awareness - emotional intelligence - humanity- identity - authenticity and the courage to be seen. Women in LeadStars learn how to: - trust their authentic voice instead of second-guessing it - lead with clarity and emotional intelligence - set boundaries without guilt - inspire their teams without burning out - and feel grounded in who they are as leaders We combine: - monthly networking & connection - leadership lectures & workshops - closed-door roundtables - intimate deep-dive groups - and a global community of women in leadership Events will be offered in both in-person and online formats. In-person sessions, when possible, will be livestreamed or recorded to ensure access for members who are unable to attend on site.
